I just can't say enough, The staff was delightful, the service I had was the most relaxing and I felt the service provider was very seasoned. I spoke to the owner and she was so accomodating and sweet. The spa was so clean and beautifully decorated. They went above and beyond to accomodate me. I will return to this" slice of heaven"...
My sister-in-law treated all the close family ladies to a day at the spa. As the only male traveling with my wife, daughter and granddaughter I got to hear how pampered they were for several days. All my girls like it very much.
love this place, I can have a conversation with the people doing my mani/pedi if I choose. Everyone is very professional, it is truly a spa atmosphere. I've also had a massage and LOVED it too. I try to come up with excuses all the time to treat myself to this spa!
I went to the Renaissance Spa last week. My sister recommended it to me. She travels from Moon twp. Once I got there, I understood. I was greeted by the manager or owner. She was so friendly. I had a mani pedi, and a massage. I left there so relaxed, I needed a nap. My nails look fabulous a week later!! I am squeemish about foot tubs. I saw how the sanitized immediately and thoroughly after a customer was finished. It was reasonably priced. You don't find spa's like this one in Pittsburgh. Well I am glad I found this one in Cranberry twp. I will be returning before New Years Eve to get the full package. They had some interesting facial cream called Merlot (something like that).....It does miracles!!!!!!!!
We booked a spa day for a bachelorette party for a friend. Upon booking our credit cards were immediately charged for the full amount of the service plus a 19% tip added in. Upon receipt of the services that day (which were DEFINITELY not worth a 19% tip), it was noted that the spa charged an ADDITIONAL unapproved $40 to my credit card on the date of the visit. This additional charge was both unauthorized by myself and the spa staff did nothing to make me aware that they were going to add additional charges to my credit card. I am disputing it via the credit card company, however my advice is to avoid the Renaissance Day Spa unless you are comfortable having random charges added to your credit card at any time. There are many other nice, honest spas in the Cranberry area to visit. Thumbs down!
I am from New York so perhaps I am use to different kinds of services…The spa is very relaxing and the staff is very accommodating. Also, very friendly…. Tea, coffee, wine and snacks are offered which is awesome..I had the Swedish massage which was just ok…did not really work out any of the knots in my shoulders--if you like an extremely light touch this would be the place for you….Also had an European facial with an upgrade… I was looking for more types of facials for fine lines and wrinkles….This was nothing like I was use to…first a light massage..with non-stop conversation (definitely not used to that)…technician did not "work" on my face to eliminate blackheads…had a steam blowing on my face and hot towels while she chatted..…put a lotion on and I sat there and then washed it off…as I said not what I am use to. I felt the cost did not justify the services I received.
Great place to spend a day with family or friends! If you want a great girls day out, this is the place to go!
I'm a person who LOVES to get pampered. Mani pedis, massages, facials, etc. You name it, I love it! On a "spa road trip" that I did last year with my girlfriends, we happened to stumble upon this gem of a spa! It wasn't super fancy or anything, but the service we received was top-notch and very memorable. The owner and her employees were all so sweet and seemed to really enjoy what their jobs, which really shows in their service. If I'm ever going to be in town again, I'll definitely make a pitstop here.
I received a gift certificate for a free deluxe pedicure from Renaissance for Christmas. The establishment and the services were alright, but I've definitely had better, especially with what it would have cost me without the certificate! The pedicurist was not overly friendly. The pedicure itself was nice, but nothing special. I probably could have achieved just about the same results at home. The "60-minute" pedicure was closer to 45 minutes. Don't see myself going back any time soon.
my sister & i went for massages & i have never had the full ambiance of a massage like at renaissance. they greeted us with wine & had snacks after the massages. the massage felt great & the whole experience was totally relaxing. i will definitely recommend it & cant wait to go back!
