Santosha Yoga Studio offers a variety of yoga classes for all levels. They practice authentic yoga that helps to heal your mind and body. Personalized and private lessons are available; I only needed to ask. The studio is warm and inviting and provides a tranquil space for yoga and meditation. I felt a sense of inner peace surround me when I walked through the door. I am a novice yoga practitioner and I found several classes at levels I could participate. I particularly found the Yoga Nidra classes mentally and physically healing and totally non-strenuous to the body.
