I'm almost 50 and have been getting massages since my mid 20's, however, the one I had on 3/21/14 was by far the best one I have had thus far. This was my first visit to this location so I had no expectations. I felt so amazing afterwards that I joined their monthly massage program. I wanted to see how I felt 24 hours later; I still feel amazing. I am in a 'boot' because I have a broken foot which might deter some people from going in the first place, however, my back, thighs and hips hurt so much from the change in walking in the boot and I needed relief. Barbara was my massage therapist. She listened to my concerns and in the beginning, asked about pressure to make sure I was comfortable throughout the massage. When she got to my foot, she was very careful to avoid the painful area while still utilizing massage techniques that helped me feel good all over when my session was over. My hamstrings were so tight that she placed heat packs on the backs of my legs while she worked on my back. Before my massage, I could not bend enough to put socks on without significant pain. When I got dressed afterwards, I could bring my leg up to my knee to put my socks on without pain. I can still do that a day later which hasn't always been the case.

Just had my first massage ever here. I had a great experience and the Stephanie did a fantastic job. Everything was explained and she made sure the pressure was just right. My wife got me this as a Christmas gift but I would recommend her and elements to everyone. Thanks!

I have been going to Elements for the past several months for chronic pain therapy. I would rate the massage therapist, Sharonn, as one of the best in the business.

This is a great place, you are made to feel welcome and comfortable. You are listened to and your treatment follows along the lines of your request/pain.We have been going monthly for about a year and half, and he gained so much by doing so. We feel better, and overall have great understanding of what we do and how it impacts our bodies.I would recommend everyone get a healthy massage.

The team members here are always professional and always helpful. The interactions with front desk personnel, and the therapist are spot on. The therapist will listen to you and work on areas that are needed the most, and help resolve any issues, or just get you to relax. Great place and I will be back
