All of us enjoyed the park and the animals, especially the wild pigs and their cute piglets.
Nice place to spend the day. Lovely area, great animals and wonderful cafe.
The park is located in a wood and offers a drive through. The animals are able to live in a natural way, you are bound to meet them but sometimes they stay out of sight. At every enclosure you have a place where you can get really close. No Gates so easy to take photos. The animals look well cared for and it gives a Real natural feeling. They have various species of deer, wild boars, variousnother animals like cows, a bird of prey demonstraties and monkeys. they also have various play things for the kids. There is, of course, a shop, plenty of toilets and a simple place to eat with a warm and cosy fire place. the food is simple but nice. This place offers you a lovely day in a green environment for a very reasonable price.
You can drive a long route through the park and step out at several points. Lots of animals and you can get very close, which is great (but be careful, they can be unpredictable). The monkey area is supurb! There were baby monkeys, being caried around by mom, sweet!
Some friends took us for a visit to this animal park, which was great you actually mingled with the animals, even the monkeys, which my son loved. But most of all he loved the toboggan run outside the park at the main entrance.
Tickets are €7 each. You can drive through the park with your own car, and see hogs, deer, lama, donkeys etc. You can buy a small box of special food for €1 so you can feed the animals at the look out points. There's also a monkey habitat with barbary apes. Every few hours there's a birds of prey show on the hill. At the back of the restaurant is a nice playground for the kids. Restaurant has good prices. (€5 for a plate with fries, potato salad and large German sausage) Overall, a nice trip, and not expensive!
Went with baby and toddler. We all had a great time. Wildlife drive is fun, we even did it twice since our oldest son loved it so much. Made many stops to get closer to the animals and pet some of them. Walking with monkeys was also nice. Restaurant, large play area and petting zoo. Our 2.5 year old has been talking about it for days afterwards.
