Just saw the Holiday Follies and it was delightful, these kids (In their 20's plus) work really hard and put in a full performance even though there were very few people in the audience. The prime rib was excellent with a little different take on the spices that included what I detected as cloves; it was very tasty. Great way to get in the holiday spirit and be thoroughly entertained. Take your family and go see this, I am very hard to please and I was tickled happy.I also posted a review a while back on Yelp that was under "Tibbies Center Stage Dinner Theater" and they as well as TripAdvisor have Tibbies Center Stage Theater as a separate listing, oh well.

Live theater choices in the IE can be few and far between. A truly excellent exception is Tibbie's Center Stage Theater. More accurately described as dinner theater, the production values are top-notch and the fare is excellent. A fine wine list and bar make for an enjoyable evening. The performances are stellar and accompanied by a live orchestra. If you have the time and enjoy great theater, then Tibbie's should be on your short list of venues.

Their food seems to be getting more like "Gourmet Garbage". The sirloin was fatty, green beans were waxy, rolls were hard, garlic mashed would have killed a vampire for sure, and the upgrade dessert ($3 more) to a molten chocolate cake was dry and not sumptuous at all. Plus, this time the service was bad. The play was enjoyable which made up for some of the disaster of food & service. I would have to get a great e-blast deal or huge discount to want to come back again.
