We visited the Hilmar Cheese visitors center with some friends from Modesto. The factory makes cheese which is packaged by many different brand names. The visitors center has displays of the farms and methods for making cheese. Downstairs is a lobby that you can purchase products or have a great lunch of sandwiches, soups and salads. Great place to visit with the kids.
