  We have been here over 7-8 times and I think it will be our last. Goods:ValueLocationAll in one placeHave the facilities ie hot tubFridge in roomNot busyFood quality is goodKey entry to room was good (newer system)Fresh paint in some places. Ball washers in good shape. Updated paint and decor in dining room. Bad:Musty roomSand traps are not maintained esp on hole 13Bugs in indoor hot tubTiles in hot tub in dis repairService not good from younger staff in dining room. The older regular was good. (They don't smile). Drinks took forever to get. Signs are dated. No beer cartThe old guy at the pro shop actually asked someone if they wanted to golf 8 holes. Golf cart backfired big time on our round. Prime time diner service was bad in a Friday night. Unstable balcony rusted through. Random people who appear to be owners hanging around eating. CNN in in the dinning room depresses everyone. Put something in that is up beat. No beer offerings on the menuTypos on the menu. Bridges on the course are in rough shape.
