Really not impressed. Me and a group of fellow massage therapists' made appointments a week and a half ago for a nice relaxing day at the spa yesterday. When we arrived we found the spa closed. The gal at the front desk was kind enough to call the spa manager to which we were informed that they had called us the day before to cancel, because everyone called in "sick." No one had received a missed call let alone a voice message from the spa. Nor was there even an attempt to reschedule us for a later date. My group and I all work at the same massage studio. We actually closed down our business to enjoy Cedar Spa. So not only was our time wasted, but we lost good money. You lost good money too Cedar Spa. Not a good way to run your business!!!

I visit the Cedar Spa for the gel nails and massages. As a guest of the Cedar Spa you can arrive early and relax in the sauna, they pamper you with infused water while you wait. On my birthday Victoria, the manager, even brought me a slice of raspberry cheesecake! Everytime I took in a pic of nails I liked on pinterest they accommodated my request. They use OPI gel polish. I've also had the signature massage with Jade and pre-natal massage with Victoria which both were awesome! I think they use Ojavan with some doterra oils. I almost forgot but I've been to their free makeup class which was a fun little girls night! There was recently a girls night with drinks and refreshments that I missed out on but hoping they do it again. I would recommend Cedar Spa to anyone looking for a retreat and wanting to pamper yourself. Way better than those other salons where they herd you in and out as fast as they can, you can really enjoy yourself here.
