We have been to this location a couple of times. It's a very nice and bright mall. Food court is large and there is a carousel for kids to ride on for a fee. Plenty of shops to browse through and a movie theatre that seemed quite busy all day long.
Very clean and well kept mall offering everything for the very young to eldery.... Check out the carousel and food court...a must.
This mall is safe and clean. It's appropriate for children, teens, and adults. There is a nice variety of stores, and a few restaurants. My biggest complaint would be there isn't a great selection of food choices- variety and mix of restaurants in both the food court and throughout the mall.
I bought 2 sets of sheets from " the sheet doctor" last week. I went back today after hearing they were awful. They never told me I could not get a refund when I purchased them. I was I told I could only exchange them, lol, they only have sheets and some ugly blankets for $45! They said, if I don't like them I can get a new set. I'm saving my sales receipt and see what they do when I return them! I think there must be some law that they inform the consumer, about no returns, which I was never informed of! I am happy with the mall but I think the general managers should take a look at these people, and make sure they inform others of the non return policy!!!!!!!
RiverTown keeps improving and getting better. Plenty of places to watch little children. A great food court with a merry-go-round that tops any. Wide variety of stores so you do not have to go elsewhere for what you need
This is the go to mall of West Michigan, it's more up to date than Westshore or Woodland mall. Although Woodland had more stores, it also hard to navigate to Woodland with all the traffic. This mall has a lot of great stores and a good atmosphere.
Large mall with very nice theater and many eating choices. One of the best Younkers stores around. Wish they would have Crate and Barrel and PotteryBarn however.
Lots of choices for shopping but wow is this place busy. We stopped at the kids playplace in the middle of the mall and ended up leaving after a few minutes. It looked like parents just dropped off their kids and left, it was complete chaos kids were running and punching eachother and kids that were way too big were running over the little ones. Avoid this place if you don't want your kids hurt. The food court offers lots of choices and has lots of seating.
It's still a great mall but they've gone thru a lot of turnover lately with an abnormal amount of empty spaces but still the mall to go to in the Grand Rapids area in my opinion. Plus the fact the area around it is packed with various restaurants, golf courses and near a major expressway.
This place seems to be one of the newer malls in the area. The Kohl's store has two levels. The kid's play area looks better than at most malls. The food court is average. The main concourse of the mall is curved so you don't notice how long it is from one end to the other, as you do in older malls.
