tony and his friends are friendly and all, but we found them a bit too relaxed and very much minding there own business. one of the straps came loose during flight and when you have no experience that can be very scary.also we landed at different sites, so it took forever to get back. all in all great experience, but i hope they get a bit more serious with their customers.
