点评： 跟其他的服务式公寓比较起来明显底气不如，有可能开业刚一年的缘故，尽管员工很认真，但效率非常低，check in的时候居然需要留下客人的passport，这对大多数客人来说非常不舒服，而且百分之九十的员工知识面不够，英文水平不够，有可能是北京绝大多数公寓的通病。 住惯了五星级酒店就知道辉盛阁的不专业，性价比现在也不如原先，早餐非常垃圾~~酒店因为没有餐饮部门，估计所有的都是外卖来的，成倍价格不会超过30元/客，根本就不是欧陆式早餐~~ 部分员工专业素质较差，觉得和管理层非常有关系，住过五星级酒店的人知道什么叫真正的酒店，我想我们以后不会再来了。

点评： Stayed here for 3 weeks whilst on business in Beijing - my company booked me in here. My room was nice - bright, spacious, modern, with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was great with a separate tub and shower. The room had a massive superking bed, really comfy, with a sofa, a (very trendy but very uncomfortable) armchair, a desk, and a LCD TV with home theatre system. The only complaint was the kitchenette - this has been tucked into the enryway to the room and had a small hob with 2 rings and a microwave. There was no preparation space - even making an omelette was a juggling act, with bowls and chopping boards on the bed at one point and after that one attempt I gave up trying to cook. Luckily there are plenty of places around the hotel to eat out and many places deliver as well. There is a washer/dryer in the room which is useful for longer stays. There is free broadband and wifi and the hotel has a pool, gym and a relaxation room with 2 massage chairs which were great after a long day sightseeing. The Place, a shopping mall complex, was a 2 minute walk and the Silk Market was about 15 minutes walk. Taxis are plentiful and there is a subway stop within 10 minutes walk as well. So the location is excellent. Staff are friendly and the reception always has bowls of fresh apples and free local English language newspapers. For a short stay a studio is fine as long as you don't want to cook - anyone with culinary ambitions should consider upgrading to a room with a proper kitchen! Oh and be warned, they are very big on doing a full inventory on arrival and when you leave - most bizarre. Never had that done in a hotel before!

点评： This really is a good value option if you want to stay in the middle of the CBD. Located a two minute walk away from the Kerry Centre Hotel (which has a great bar), Fraser Suites has everything you need: big rooms - many with seperate living rooms, a great pool that is usually empty, and many restaurants nearby in the OTT "The Place" mall which is just across the road. The only major criticism is the breakfast which is simply not good enough. Frequently cold and with little variety, the "hot" buffet would be more familiar to university students than international travellers. If they could fix that, this would be a real winner. As it is, it is mearly a smart value choice.

点评： I stayed in Fraser CBD Suites Beijing for 3 nights last October. It is a new and modern building. I like the interior design very much and the new furniture and pantry, washing machine, television ... everything! However, it was too new that some taxi drivers didn't know how to get there. Don't tell taxi drivers your destination is Fraser Suites, because it will take a long time for them to find it. Just tell taxi drivers to drop you at 漢威大廈北門對面. There was no convenient store nearby (it is already half a year after I left Beijing, and i'm not sure if there is any now. you know, Beijing's development is amazing, it is totally out of your imagination. ), but there are many nice restaurants around.

点评： 我旅行的时候,都喜欢住辉盛阁国际公寓。北京辉盛阁国际公寓也算是个不错的选择。房间宽敞、舒适、干净,可以免费无线上网。但门不能自动锁上(你必须使劲儿关上,不像在酒店),我也不喜欢淋浴的门。入住公寓很慢。除了这些,我还是强烈推荐辉盛阁国际公寓的。它处在市中心,不过很多出租车司机不太知道这里。

点评： 我在2008年末和2009年的4、5、6月都住在辉盛阁国际公寓。这是一家新的酒店式公寓但是并未达到辉盛阁集团的标准。不过这家酒店式公寓在不断进步中,并且你能和他们谈拢一个便宜的价钱,那么它还是值得考虑的。你必须和他们讨价还价——不要就按网站上(包括辉盛阁的官网)列出来的一般价格付账,因为他们是会给你一定的优惠的。还有,如果你对一个租赁员的开价不满意的话,那么再试着联系其他租赁员。他们通常都是全权代理租赁,所以有权给出一个很大的降价幅度。 这家酒店式公寓的强项是在它的员工上。大部分的员工态度非常认真,真的是想帮助你,而且工作完成地很棒。缺点就是管理层没有运用一套好的管理体系来管理员工。所以有点让人感到失望。入住时,有个员工会检查公寓里的每样东西,甚至包括每个茶匙和茶巾。用坏或者弄丢一样东西,你就要赔钱。酒店没有什么“正常损耗或折旧”政策。所以你要祈祷在你住的期间,公寓里的液晶电视机千万别弄坏了,不然你得赔一个。真是莫名其妙。我注意到它的竞争对手雅诗阁服务公寓没有用这些很不友好的条款来与住客斤斤计较。 公寓的缺点是它的墙面粉刷。这家酒店式公寓只开张一年不到,但是有些公寓看起来好像已经用了8年了。墙面粉刷糟透了——让你有种回到“旧中国”时代的错觉。你可能得陪在打扫员工的身边指导她们怎么去打扫干净。她们很努力,但是并非训练有素,而且没有经过系统的管理。 公寓的其他设施很不错——游泳池、健身馆、早餐餐厅和来客休息室。 我注意到之前有位挪威的体验者的评论实际上是不太准确的。公寓附近几个街区有很多的小卖部和7-11便利店。公寓的马路对面就有一家北京最高档的购物中心。事实上,公寓附近的街区到处都是各种各样的商店、大型购物中心和巨多的饭店——尤其是那些符合西方人口味的饭店。 对于想住在北京市中心的离中心商业区或者附近的人来说,公寓的地理位置绝佳。

点评： War ein halbes Jahr geschäftlich in Peking, sehr gute Unterkunft. Riesen-Zimmer, 2 Flachbildfernseher, DVD-Player, eigene Küche, DSL (wenn auch sehr langsam), Schwimmbad, Sauna, Fitness-Raum. Sehr sehr sehr langweiliges Frühstück (nach 5 Tagen). Nettes Personal, leider recht ungeschult. Rechnung kontrollieren, hier kommt es zu Fehlern (ist sowohl mir als auch einigen Kollegen passiert). Aber immer gerne wieder!
