The main attraction for me is that it is close to where I live but it is a very nice course that is well maintained, reasonably priced ($39 for 18 holes on a weekday, Sr. rate) and the staff is friendly. This is my local go to golf course.
Wait for a coupon because it is a little pricey. Nice just not as nice as prices charged. Could be a little better but stays packed so why work any harder
Great setting and topography, good greens, great views. An enjoyable round for a fair price. Food is only so so.
While the proshop is nothing special, and the food service is basic...the golf course has it all.Down hill and up hill holes...par threes that take exacting shots. Large undulating greens....and thoughtful teeshots required to score...this beautiful course will keep you thinking. While other semi privates near by are pricey...this baby will not put a big bite on your wallet.
This golf course is well-maintained, not too pricey, and great customer service. Has great Par 3 as well as 18-hold course. Part of playing 18-hole course is a free bucket of balls to practice at the driving range.
We signed my 7-year old up for a summer clinic. The first two sessions were cancelled because of the threat of thunderstorms (when actually the weather turned out to be beautiful). Hello, it is Atlanta in the summer. You can't cancel something just because a storm might pop up. They scheduled a make up session but did not communicate it to all the parents. We ended up missing the make up session. We were available but just did not know about it. When I expressed my frustration to the pro shop, they scheduled a private lesson. Unfortunately, the pro did not show up for the lesson. We were supposed to have two final lessons but they ended up combining it into one long lesson (without communicating that to the parents either). It was a complete and absolute disaster---basically $120 bucks down the drain.
This is a well maintained ,challenging ,yet affordable venue for travellers.Bearing in mind some heavy rinfall in the preceding few days and the necessary hollowtining recently,I found the course in excellent condition. All staff were very welcoming and appear to go that extra mile to welcome non residents. The venue is cetainly on my "bucket list" for 2013.A small point is that I would like to see the few worn areas clearly marked in white as ground under repair
This is a local golf club. It isn't a draw for out of towners - pro golfers looking to play Atlanta's best courses. It is, however, a great place for a round of golf. They have an 18 hole course and a 9 hole par 3, driving range, putting green, club house and shop. Staff are very friendly and helpful! It is very family friendly, lessons for all ages. They have a summer pass for kids who want to spend some time working on their game. The restaurant is a walk up counter with modest food choices...hot dogs, sandwiches, etc...
I have enjoyed this course. It has it challenges but is forgiving. The fairways are wide and not to much water. It has a good practice range.
This is a very nice golf course with a great practice facility. Practice facility is as good as anywhere in the Atlanta area.
