un lugar super espectacular donde puedes observar el mejor atardecer y si te encanta esa mezcla con la playa puedes bajar con tu carro o caminando hasta la misma y obtener las mejores fotografias.
I didn't go in the fort, but I passed by it and I found it very beautiful. It's a beuatiful scenery the beaches, the sunset and this fort in the middle of it all. Probably the most beautiful place in Juan Griego.
I expected a lot more from this place. But since I arrived I didn't like the experience of a bunch of kids trying to "tell me a 5 minute story" for an astronomical price. They had a very bad attitude. There is no history or like a mini museum to learn more about it. However the view is amazing, it's worth the trip, but stay there to see the sunset and go.
Good place to visit for views of the surrounding area. The fort itself is really nothing special, although it has been reconstructed so as to be in quite good condition.
A 200 year old small fort, or rather a small platform on top of a hill. Quite a disappointment. The views are also not the best, especially Juan Griego view is ugly. If there is one thing positive, then I have to say the local child guides that sing the full history in Spanish in a very typical Margariteño way.
If you want have a great view of Juan Griego and la Galera beach, walk up to the fortin or take a taxi. The view is beautiful. For some dollars, you can also have a kid telling you the history of the site.
A short stroll from Hotel Patricks & the community centre, the sunsets are amazing & well worth the effort of grabbing a bottle & enjoying the scenery!:-)
The best place to go for a beautiful sunset. Spectacular views over Juan Griego and the beaches. Very peaceful.
Great place to watch the sunset ... a little bit overcrowded on weekends ... take a bottle of wine or beer and enjoy !
A great place to just relax and watch the sun go down. Just a short walk uphill from casa karina and you can just relax and maybe even get a treat of live entertainment
