I don't understand why this little town is not better promoted when going to Prague. It was the day I liked the most during my trip to Prague. It is so beautiful, peaceful, you can walk with no rush, enjoy the fountains, the buildings, the parks...It is just the best thing I did when I went to Prague.
so much nicer in the warm sunshine than it was last time I visited in the pouring rain.quite a lovely street with some beautiful buildings, well worth having a stroll along.
For architecture lovers beautiful frames on bridges. Especially on sunny and non crowded days.. Nice place to visit.
Amazing! I do not know how it happened but it was my best day there. So peaceful, so beautiful and so no rushed (especially priceless nowdays). Buildings, parks and fountains has created a very good atmosphere here. You have to come here!
Walking in this street gives you the joy of calmness and joy. You can find numerous luxurious shopping stores and restaurants. Very romantic for couples.
That is a very beautiful street providing you with a relaxing experience! Everything you need is there and I recommend it to all visitors. I had wonderful time there, despite of the fact that it was raining, well, there were showers but they couldn't spoil the pleasure!
As the title says - similarly to twin Stara Louka street, unless you are a rich shopper, you don't have really much to do here. The advantage is, that there are potraviny (grocery shop) next to Divadelní Náměstí, which is rare in this neighbourhood.Anyways, it's very pretty and well-maintained street.
Four of us sampled the waters along the way, took photos, window-shopped, sat and watched the crowds strolled by and had a lovely few hours before heading off for dinner. Make sure you leave plenty of time to walk along both sides of the river, stroll through the park at the bottom of the street and enjoy a meal and coffee at one of the many nice cafes/restaurants along the way
I loved the atmosphere and the mist coming off the water. AND being able to drink water everywhere for FREE!!!
