This is a fine golf course for the price and the greens and topography makes it fun to play. But if you are carrying or pushing a cart on a hot day,....well my recommendation is don't. It is a hard walk on a hot day so rent a power cart and enjoy the course. It will challenge you from the blue tees.
Some of the people that are members or are there a lot are not too patient we newbees Not as nice grooming and scenery as Kamloops golf club.
With the loss of so many Pine trees, the character of the course has changed, but the challenge remains. Tee changes on the back nine have made some holes shorter, but not significantly less difficult. Well done!
We had so much fun on Mothers Day!Thank you for the gift of GolfIt was my first round of 18, only played 9 beforeBeautiful scenery, great staff, great hot dogs!Thank You!
did a last of season golf date with my wife. had a great time with temps in the low double digits, good to have a golf cart with some of the up and down topography. had a groupon deal which included $10 towards a meal after and the food was great, and consistent with our earlier round in the year. took family members who had been visiting with us, and they really enjoyed the course and the cost, $40 a round (18) each if we brought a food bank donation!
You defintiely need a cart for this course unless you're a good walker. The course isn't a real toughie but is in great shape with fast greens and interesting fairways. At $35 for 18 holes INCLUDING CART it's the best value in the area. As a result be prepared. It's busy.
This is a great course, great prices, great staff, and the food is great in the restaurant. I would say this is one of my favorite golf courses in the Kamloops area. The course is challenging, but ok for all levels of golfer. Even with the loss of the pine trees a few years back, the course is still beautiful.
Despite losing most of the trees to the pine beetle, Eagle Point is still a good track and a challenge to good golfers yet easy enough for novices. Nice clubhouse with very friendly staff and good food and drinks
Played in the 80's and 90's before the Mtn Pine Beetle attacks. We played this course for the first time since all the trees were removed. It seems easier without the trees. However, layout is very challenging. Lots of elevation changes. Keep the ball inside the fairways as out of bounds and deep grass will cost strokes.
Very fun weekend with 2 rounds at Eaglepoint. I play 70-100 rounds per year and this is one of the nicer tracks in the area....Very pretty views and excellent staff...greens are tough but fair and the course is very well maintained
