My husband and his friends played and really enjoyed themselves. They even saw a bobcat! The course is in great shape.
Nice course set on Dove Mt. without the Ritzey pricing. Well kept and located in one of the best 50+ retirement communities in Tucson. They have a Grille for dining too with fabulous views from the patio. If you're looking to relocate, definitely get a realtor to show you around. The lifestyle offers it all.
This golf is splendide but unfortunatly not accessible between November and April as this is a active gated community.
i live in Heritage Highlands and I will not eat at the golf course restaurant. The food is not good and the service is worse. No wonder they have money problems!
A gem on Dove Mountain with plenty of challenges and very impressive views. First rate pro shop and grill.
This course, now semi-private, is always well maintained. It certainly is a challenge with few flat lies.
At $35 for a prime time weekend round with a cart, this course would be a steal anyway, but it was in excellent condition and the hybrid greens rolled smooth and true...frankly some of the best in town, and I've played most places. Don't be fooled, though--it doesn't mean it's easy to read them! Unlike most Tucson courses where everything breaks toward downtown, here grain tends to trump geography. From the tips, there's a lot of blind tee balls, but for the most part, landing areas are generous. You can use the big dog, but frankly you may score better leaving it in the bag, as you'll get plenty of carry and roll and it's desert target golf, so a little miss may exact a big price. See full details at Tips golf tips. Absolutely outstanding value and condition...there's a couple overly gimmicky holes (#13 and almost all the par 5s except #10), but I'd highly recommend it to give your wallet a chance to recover from Dove Mountain!
