I never thought I'd go to an impersonator show. But Hubbie wanted to go to Foxwoods and he is so good to me to I said sure when he got a great deal on a room. Then I saw they had a Legends show with Tina Turner and Johnny Cash along with Michael Jackson, Elvis and Adel. We have been to the Fox Theater many times and loved it every time, so I asked Hubbie if he would be interested in the show. He was shocked I even asked, and I must agree it was out of character for me. We both totally enjoyed the show. The venue is fantastic for any show, sound, sighting, seating it's just great.
Great place to see a show, not to crowded in the arena, however access to the bar is quit crowded and slow. Seats are comfortable as well
Really good venue with not a bad seat in the house. I expected crammed seats but they were very spacious and comfortable. Snacks were not overpriced at all.
There isn't a bad seat...2 big screens to look at...comfy seats..different levels to pick from....good stage
Saw a Comedian (Mike Birbiglia) there the other evening. It was great venue.Even though we were closer to the back of the theater, it still felt like we were pretty close. The one downside is that they let people into the theater 20-30 minutes after the show started. Not only was this extremely rude to the performer but was a pain to have to stand up and let people access their seats in the middle of the row.
Fourth time there, beautiful theatre, I get good seats each time......good stage. Great place to see the PRICE IS RIGHT live. Look forward to going there again.
We saw Criss Angel in Sec F row E with aisle seats...perfect view of stage with 2 big screens.Criss put on a super show....unbelievable magic...he really is the best...and big plus..I shook his hand as he went up and down the staircases meeting everyone! This was a CLASS ACT for FOXWOODS.....I was thrilled...BRAVO!
Enjoyable show don't bother with the reserved seats.General admission seats are fine good view from everywhere
We've been to the Fox Theatre at Foxwoods Casino a number of times. It's one we always look forward to visiting. The theater isn't as large as many others, so you never feel like you're in "nosebleed" seats. We weren't close to the stage, yet we still felt like we could see everything quite clearly. The theater offers a number of beverage options. They're typically overpriced for this kind of venue. I had a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon for $8, which was small, but pretty tasty. Plenty of beer options and nonalcoholic options as well. The ushers were fairly helpful in getting us to our seats. The Will Call is right across from the theater, although it's slightly confusing because it isn't listed "Will Call", the sign says "Ticket Sales" or something to that effect. All in all, this theater offers a strong viewing experience. We've been here a few times and will continue to come back.
It may be a little thing, but when a show says 9:00 p.m. and the lead act comes on at 10:20 p.m., NOT happy.
