This little town right off I-5 is a fun stop for a quick river hike or nicelunch on either side of the river. You pass over the Rogue river and the town on I-5 so it is easy to find.
Can't think of a better place to live. Great for fishing and rafting. We enjoy watching the Canadian geese and all their many interesting behaviors. Fun to see the goslings in the spring. Once in a while we see the playful river otter and the busy muskrats.Valley of the Rogue State Park is a great place to stay or enjoy a beautiful walk along the river.
Tubing the Rogue is the best. Jet boats are fantastic!!!! Great for all ages. Very beautiful and a great place when the valley is 100 degrees
Ok this was a blast and you have to see all this area has to offer. Go kayaking it is a blast. We found many places to launch from.
We love camping and floating the rogue! Such a great way to eacape the summer heat. Great for friends and family of any age...kids love it! An ongoing tradition!
Beautiful drift! Lodge hopping was the best. If you haven't done it before be aware that most of the lodges are NOT marked.
Love the way the river travels through the various towns. Very peaceful and beautiful to picnic by the river, especially as the season begins to change into Fall.
The Rogue River is well known for its trout, steelhead, and salmon fishing. I spent 12 hours on the river floating with my guide, and he put me into some serious fish!
This is a river to return to over and over again. It's beautiful in any season. Good swimming, Great fishing for trout and salmon.Fantastic rafting and jet boat tours. Fun to feed ducks at many places. Lots of boat ramps. One of the most beautiful rivers in the world --great scenery. What a place to visit and live.
