I can't think of enough good words to describe this place. It does have an entry fee. $8 per carful, I think. $4 if you are alone. Beautiful scenery, clean restrooms, you can swim, you can fish, you can surf, you can picnic and you can just watch the waves and dream away.
This is a delightful spot to relax in with a low entrance fee of I believe $4-5 . There is a lot of nature and it is not crowded even on weekends. Activities include fishing, birding, surfing, sun bathing and body watching or anything else that you can think of.The inlet also has very little traffic so getting there is very easy as you always keep the ocean . If you look carefully you probably will see the famous manatees and dolphons enjoying the local waters as well.
Wow!!! What a beautiful place. Views are breathtaking. Walking down the pier we saw a manatee and several sting ray in the water. Restaurant is nice and good food. Beach is clean, water is fairly clear and blue. Can't wait to come back here again.
This is a really fun place for everyone! Just remember u might see some jelly fish!!! U can pretty much stay the day here!
I've been going to Sebastian Inlet for about 50 years now - but a couple of weeks ago was the first time I'd gone for the music - it's a great experience. The park is beautiful - always something going on between the surfing, fishing, and enjoying the fantastic scenery. The facilities are first rate and the park personnel are wonderful - very friendly and very helpful. It's a great place to take the family for an outdoors experience.
We come here atleast once a year for this kids to swim in the shallow pool. This time we went out and played on the beach as well! fun for all! and a bargain for $8 a car load
While driving along A1A, we saw this off the road park. There is a great path along the ocean inlet, and a couple of piers to walk out on. Picnic tables along the sandy beach and clean rest rooms and restaurant available. Great for kids to explore and look for turtles.
We have been to Sebastian Inlet a few times and have always enjoyed the visit. Something new since the last trip was the restaurant and gift shop. Great food in a beautiful building! The prices were on the high side but the food was great. Beautiful views and the pier is always fun to walk out on as long as you watch out for the fishing poles and can ignore the fishy smell. The inlet provides a shallow, current-free area for the kids to play in which is a safer alternative to the beach waves.
Clean beaches, friendly Rangers, beautiful view. Had a great time walking on the pier with the kids. Fishing museum was interesting. Lots of marine life visible-dolphins, manatees, sea birds, sea turtles.
Been going to Sebastian for easily 45 years or so. Camping, fishing, surfing, access to off-shore or just hanging out. Its always represented a good part of what living in Florida has too offer.
