This place is amazing. NotOnly snowzone, but everything inside from shops,Restaurants etc. We have never snow boarded before & we picked it up quick. The intructor Reece was patient & really cool teacher. As we done an 8 hour snow boarding session. We Just have a 2 hours session left & we will be slope ready. Well worth the money considering you learn a lot in that session. I will say that considering it was our first time here. We wasn't told anything when we checked in. We was just given our slope passes & receipts for clothing & sent off & wasn't told where we meet for our lesson. Where we get our clothing. Nothing. So we were left to sort this out ourself. Waited 10/15 minutes for someone to get our clothing for us. The lockers cost a £1 eveytime you open it. So it swallows your £1 everytime you go in it & don't get it back. So get plenty of £1 coins. Which i thought was a joke considering we had paid £375 for 2 x 8 hour snow boarding passes & then another £370 on protective gear, mittens, socks, wrist guards in the shop next door. We ended up getting 3 tokens off a nice lad at reception for the lockers which was good of him. The experience on the slope was quite daunting though as it was a Saturday soit was completely packed. So was worried about knocking over someone let a lone a poor child. So I think I will book up in the week next time. It is hard to get a booking though as its very popular.

My Wife and I spent yesterday (all day) on the slopes with Harry - neither of us had ever had skis on our feet before, and by the end of the day we were zooming down the hill having a great time. Cannot speak highly enough of Harry - his teaching methods were brilliant, he was never critical, patronising or overbearing, just supportive, kind and fun all day. We always felt in control on the snow, and he pushed us just far enough out of our comfort zones to keep developing our skills and give us confidence. He gave us all plenty of one on one time dealing with different problems in our small group - very much felt like we were in safe hands. Will definitely be continuing to develop our skills here, and are looking forward to doing some advanced coaching with Harry in the future.

First lesson today - never been on a ski slope before - bit apprehensive!Absolutely tremendous experience - great coach (Hal - but he prefers Al when in France!). we were made to feel relaxed, confident and in control from the first minute.I cannot believe we made so much progress in 3 hours - or had so much fun. We’ve just booked lessons 3&4 for next week. Great stuff - thank you!Andrew & Della Gould
