  We have been going to this yoga studio since it opened and absolutely love the place. It has a friendly, caring, concerned and welcoming atmosphere that caters to all ages, body types, sizes and levels of yoga. The classes are varied with different instructors so depending on whether you attend in the morning or evening, you will have a different yoga experience from gentle hatha to restorative to all out hardcore flow and strength moves. As well, you can modify your own practise, with the instructor's guidance, no matter which class you attend. They always reinforce that it is your practise and you make of it what you want out of it. In summer, weather dependent, all classes are held on the rooftop of the studio. It is best to phone ahead to book a spot as some classes can be very busy but you can also drop in and hope for a spot. The rooftop space is larger so it is not as much an issue. Fees are on par with other studios but much cheaper than Vancouver. Laura, the owner, is very accomodating.
