Jumped on the snorkel safari this morning. Gary and Kerryn were perfect hosts for the tour. Very knowledgable and enthusiastic. Got to spend a few hours on a reef about 40km offshore and saw plenty of marine life and coral. Was an amazing day.
Private experience with Gary and Kareen. Thanks to us. Turtles, Sharks and Nemo were at the appointment.
We had the pleasure of snorkelling the Great Barrier Reef with some wonderful friends and were looked after so well by Kerryn and Gary. Quick trip out on a great boat. A lovely morning tea was provided - amazing what an appetite you work up snorkelling. We saw turtles, beautiful coral, incredible fish and a couple of reef sharks (harmless). Was great to be able to get out there quickly- have a couple of swims - and be back in time for a great lunch ashore. Fantastic day. Recommend it to anyone - experienced or novice.
My wife and I really enjoyed the fast trip out to the reef about 40 minutes. We enjoyed being in a small personal group and saw turtles , sharks and beautiful fish.We really enjoyed just floating about watching the colorful fish.Kerryn and Gary are great hosts and we really enjoyed the day with them.We would really recommend this fantastic trip to anyone that comes to Mission Beach.
Thanks Kerryn and Gary for a brilliant trip this morningThe boat trip was great but the snorkelling was fantastic - saw so many different coloured and sizes fish and the coral is beautiful. Highly recommend this to novice snorkellers; small numbers in the group make it really friendly. Can go back home having achieved a dream ! Brian & Jenny
This has been an amazing day I will never forget :) thank you Kerryn and Gary, you really made it just simply amazing! I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants a real reef experience! Kerryn and Gary knows so much about the reef and truly cares about it, and it shows :) and since you're maximum 12 people on the raft they have plenty of time to guide you around the reef. We got to see so many different types of corals, fish in plentiful, sharks, starfish, clams (they are huge and colourful) and of course big turtles and lots and lots more :) to anyone thinking about doing other tours, don't, this is the place to go! :) I will recommend this trip and come back here as soon as I can :) if I could give more points to these guys I would :) thank you again, and see you soon! Xxx
My sister and I were the only ones on the boat that day so we had a great personal experience and got to have Kerryn and Gary all to ourselves. Normally the boat holds up to ~12 people, so even if the boat was full you would still have a more personal experience then elsewhere. Kerryn and Gary were very knowledgable and obviously care a lot about the reef and want to share that passion. We were able to see lots of corals, tropical fish, turtles, and even a reef shark! They kindly took photos for us (after both of our cameras stopped working) and provided snacks, water, stinger suits, snorkels and fins. They even gave us a ride back to our hostel at the end of the day! Very friendly people and a great trip overall!
This is private, special, unique and professional snorkeling trip in Great Barrier Reef. What a wonderful experience! Everything was perfect, professional, and friendly. The boat is fantastic! Comfortable, fast, attractive, spacious. The crew was amazing. Thanks for give us this such good memory.
I did the snokeling-trip with Kerryn and Garry on the 15th of November 2014. We were 6 people on the boat, so a really quiet and small group. We had enough space on the fast boat. And like they said, the boat is absolutely seasickness-safe. Kerryn took us out to a very very good spot on the outer reef (i did a trip in Port Douglas, which spot wasn't that good).Clear water, untouched reef and full of fish, even a shark! We had a well maintained equipment, means a clean, well fitted and thick stingersuit, clean and desinfected masks and snorkel, fitted flippers and floating devices. We also got proper instructions. The stay at the reef itself was just perfect: enough time for snorkeling. Kerryn and Garry guided us and showed and explained the fish and corals. They even pointed (dived) out some special animals like the blue seastar, my first nemo, the sea cucumber and the Christmas tree worms, an anemone and lots more. And we still had enough time to snorkel around on our own. The coffee and tea break with biscuits and fruits was included and gave us energy for the next snorkel. For me it was the perfect snorkel-day and it felt like having a nice day with good friends that we have known for a long time! Thank you very much for this nice experience!
