Was looking for something to do when driving across Washington and found this little water park. I expected the kids to stay and play for a couple hours and we ended up staying all day and leaving at closing time. The park is not extremely large. Two slides, a couple diving boards, lazy river, a play area for the little ones and a surf machine that is mostly dominated by the teenage kids. We brought in our own food but also had something from the concession stand – limited menu but good & reasonable. The kids still talk about the water park and want to go back.
It was great to have a water park in the middle of Eastern Washington...just the thing the kids needed to break up an 8 hour cross country trip. Clean, well staffed. Seating in the shade.
Excellent family oriented water park. Huge pool, tons of life guards, good for little kids to big. We go every summer. Love this place!
Super great value and a lot of fun. Nice grassy area with comfy chairs. You can bring in your own picnic lunch. Our family had great time here. Lots to keeo everyone busy and happy.
We took our six year old twins & three year old son to the Surf 'n Slide Water Park and we had so much fun! The cost was awesome for our family of five (only $36) and everyone was really friendly.
This Water Park is the best in the area. It is clean, attractive, well staffed, shaded in areas and fun for the whole family. Your kids will want to come back again and again.
This is a city park in a small town on a long stretch of interstate. It's open all summer, and is a great place to put off on a hot afternoon of driving. Rates are low, concessions are cheap, even with some healthy options, and outside coolers, etc., are welcome. (Booze is not welcome and coolers are subject to inspection: this is a family-oriented operation.) There are plenty of chairs, shade, and activities for kids. There are slides, surf machines, a lazy river, and large pool with toddler areas to diving boards. We are retired but love the water and watching families have fun. So we drive an hour and a half to enjoy this place about once a week in the summer, or plan to stop if we've going past. There isn't a better way to spend an hour or an afternoon in this state.
This is a small water park/pool area. It is an OASIS on hot days in Eastern Washington. But it can get somewhat crowded. There are a few slides, a gradual entry pool (no waves), a small lazy river, a small toddler area, and an area to "surf" on man made waves. Not bad for the price, but Silverwood's Boulder Beach and Wild Waves make it look like a kiddie pool.
This water Park had the most lifeguards and cleaning staff I have ever seen! Great pool, 3 slides, 2 diving boards (High low), Lazy river, and Surf machine, volleyball, play area for little kids (in and out of water) Lots of tables and open area, conession stand, and store. The staf was friendly and helpful, they let you bring in your own food and beverages. Price was way cheaper than private water parks!
Very good price for a day of hanging out and having the kiddos entertained. Lots of seating in the grass or picnic tables/lounge chairs. Lots of lifeguards for safety. Had a really fun time.
