My kids have seen the commercials for this place and were fired up when I told them we were going. Both said afterwards "The commercial made it seem a lot better." We did have a good time and literally did every single thing there was to do at the place. We packed our lunches and ate them in the grill. Grill seemed way overpriced. The workers in the outdoor attractions looked bored, uninterested, unmotivated, and honestly I didn't feel like they could have handled any kind of problem. The bowling shoes are the best I've ever worn bowling before and I would say bowling was a very pleasant experience. Would I go again? Not unless they begged me and we needed to fill a day. Do I regret going today? No, not at all. We had fun. Pick a Tuesday or Thursday and get the twelve dollar deal.
Our Kids loved it! We will come back. We have been here before with the adoption Exchange. It is a bit expensive. We would need to stay for quite some time to make it worth the cost.
My 10 year old son took 12 friends here for his birthday party. We signed up for an "outdoor" party for $21.95/kid. It poured rain, so we changed to indoor. HUGE rip- off. $21.95 for 10 minutes of tokens, one piece of pizza each, barely any help from staff, laser tag (huge lines). First, the incompetent staff gave us 1/2 of the tokens we were supposed to get, and even when I discovered the mistake, the kids went through them in 15 minutes. For this price, kids should get unlimited games for at least two hours. Super busy, super noisy, HUGE rip off! Food is super expensive outside of the bday party pizza. Will NEVER do another bday party there again.
Lots to do here for kids of all ages from Laser Tag, to water bumper boats, and 3 go cart tracks, plus a bowling alley, and lots of video games to collect tickets from and win trinkets for the kids. Oh yea, there is also miniature golf, and a restaurant.
We went here for a friend's birthday party and it was great. On Tuesdays, for $12 you get unlimited bowling, laser tag, and the non-coin operated video games. If you want to play games for tickets you need to buy tokens. For an extra $7 you can get unlimited go-karts, mini golf and a few other outdoor things (after 4pm only for the outside stuff). So needless to say it was a great value. And it was tons of fun. Independently, some of the attractions aren't that amazing. For example, the laser tag isn't the best laser tag you can find. The go-karts aren't the best go-karts out there, and the free video games leave a little to be desired. But, when you look at its overall fun value for the money, it really can't be beat.
Watched the World Cup on 3 huge projector screens while we bowled. Food is expensive. Eat before you go.
Took a trip here with 8 adults, 7 kids and all had a good time! We particularly enjoyed the go-karts and Laser tag. Food is on the pricier side. Long lines for everything - but it was a beautiful spring day, and this is not Boondock's fault! Only complaint was the place we got food didn't have any hot dogs or Lifesaver drinks ready, seems like they should keep those constantly ready especially with lots of people standing in line for good.
Lazer tag is ok' games are 4 min long and the area is really tiny. 7.50 a game is a bit rediculous for 4 min-- went with the indoor unlimited-- that's your best bet for small groups. They should take out the base orentation, and make the games at least 10 min. Bowling is good, no complaints there.
This place is a pretty good time. For a facility like this it is very clean and well maintined. They have minigolf, go-cats (all ages), lasertag, bowling and a video arecade. They also have bumper boats but I did not try that. We enjoyed all of the attractions we tried. I suggest going on a Tuesday or Thursday for cheaper admission and smaller crowds. The only real downfall was the waiting in lines which is to be expected but it wasn't very busy and wait times on the go-carts was still 30 minutes.
Went on a Tuesday during spring break for the local schools which was a 50% off on admissions. The large parking lot was full. The lines were long and the kids got bored. Paid for the go-carts but they didn't get to ride them. Basically all the boys did was play the arcade games. They were kind of disappointed.
