  我们只在何蒙莎葡萄庄园待了1个小时。我们是在帕里萨德区过的周末,周六的时候,我们在另外几家葡萄酒庄碰到了一对情侣,他们之前到这个地区来至少有一次了,他们跟我们说何蒙莎葡萄酒庄是一个一定不能错过的地方。事实证明他们是对的。这儿的酒庄老板是一个非常亲切并且有风度的人。他提供的大部分葡萄酒我都非常喜欢。我走的时候还从他这儿买了好几瓶马尔贝克、品丽珠和席拉。总而言之,我非常喜欢帕里萨德地区的葡萄酒庄和品酒室,不过何蒙莎葡萄酒庄园是尤其的好。所以如果你没时间参观太多地方的话,那你一定要选择何蒙莎作为你其中一站。

  Ken is so kind and made us feel like family while we visited! We met some wonderful people and shared some great conversation and funny stories while sitting and staring at the Mesa! His place is gorgeous and you can see all the hard work he puts into everything, right down to the wine. Being new to learning about wine, he offered some great teaching amongst some really fun people. My husband and I hope to see him and the couple we met, in October, when we revisit palisade and the hermosa vineyards!

  Great wine is one thing. Great location is another. Great owners and customer service are the icing on the cake. Hermosa Vineyards has all three. We really enjoyed our time there, talking with the other customers and getting to know Ken the owner. The atmosphere is intimate and open. The wine is exceptional and the location was beautiful. Thank you Ken for a wonderful time. We'll be back soon and often!

  在旅途中我和女朋友参观了这里,品尝了美酒,离开这里我们觉得这是我们4周行程中最棒的一站。酒庄的老板非常棒,热情的招待了我们,先带我们品尝酒桶的,之后是瓶装的,最后是她们家珍藏的,晚上我们在阳台上,伴着篝火,品尝美酒。在去科罗拉多酒厂的路上你会路过这里的,值得你花额外时间来这里看看,ken非常友好,对酒非常了解,而且还是个养蜂人,来给我们看了她的奇石首次。我们的车坏的时候她还帮了我们忙,我们真迫不及待想再来科罗拉多了,看看ken,秋收的时候我们也能帮忙的!

  Stopped in and enjoyed our tasting with the owner. Very low key tasting room in a garage. Wine is good. Owner is happy to share his knowledge and his passion. A good stop if in the area. Pours are heavy. We bought a bottle.

  每去一个地方我都想尝试当地美味,认识当地人和了解当地习俗。我非常喜欢红酒,而且我来自Slovakia,并且我已经到了合法的饮酒年龄。在看了所有的推荐之后,我决定来这里试试。结果玩得非常愉快。一开始,Ken热情地邀请,并向我介绍,这让我非常高兴。跟科罗拉多大多数红酒生产商相比,Ken采用更传统的酿酒方法。他酿造的酒一开始就装在橡木桶里。总体而言,橡木桶里的酒比不锈钢里的酒更能接触外界空气,这也是这种方法被称为氧化法的原因。过去酿酒方法一直是这样的。并不是所有橡木桶都是新的,所以香草味并不是主流,而且我更喜欢原味的葡萄酒。有时能闻到新切苹果的香味,在空气中大约持续10-15分钟。我品尝了10种不同的红酒,而我最喜欢的是Cabernet Franc和Cabernet Sauvignon。最后喝了一杯Port红酒和一块巧克力,混在一起的味道棒极了。我在这里玩得非常开心,而且会永远记得这段美好的回忆。
