we stopped in on advice from a tap room in eureka springs. cool place, laid back, staff was friendly knowledgeable and helpful. pretty good selection of craft beers and bottled ciders. they will have their distillery up and running soon, i will make sure i go back and try it out. i tried 2 flights, 1 all local beers, and the second was import beers. the local Bohemian pilsner was my fav so i left out with a big growler full. cool place i will like to go back and revisit.
Excellent beer, friendly staff and very neat atmosphere! We ended up coming back here while we were still visiting because we were so impressed the first time we came earlier in the week. And we were equally impressed. This will definitely be our place to eat and drink next time we visit!
My wife and I were excited to hear that something had opened in the Superior Bathhouse since our last visit. It's a little brewery. We got a flight of beer and ordered some chips & salsa and enjoyed watching the people and traffic go by in front of the bathhouse. Hopefully they get enough business to make this work. Very clean, airy and relaxing stop along the bathhouse row.
Glad they have opened an nice micro brew in Hot Springs!! Can't wait until they get the brewery going!! Friendly Staff! Excellent choices of beer. Had the Gyro and it was really good. Will go back before my visit is over.
The food was really good and the micro-brew was also very good. My lovely wife (of 38 years:) and I saw the bathhouse and thought it was worth a try and wow what a nice place to eat?! The window seats allow you to look out on the street and sidewalk that goes in front of 'Bathhouse Row' and see people as they stroll down the infamous sidewalk. There is also a nice view of West Mountain and Arlington Park.
What a great idea to finally bring a brewpub-GREAT FOOD to Hot Springs.Everything about this place is great-Nostalgia/Atmosphere and the staff -Thanks to Rose and all the people involved in this place.Ben Wofford
I've been here twice. Once with my mom for Mother's Day weekend, and once with my fiance and his cousin. Both visits were great. We sat nearest to the bar in their low top tables and tried out their flight selection on two separate occasions. As a beer lover, this is the only place in Hot Springs so far that has a great tap selection. I rate it so highly for that reason. Whomever has a hand in picking the taps knows their beer quite well. I also like that they try to keep a few local breweries on draft, or at least from the surrounding states. I've yet to try their food. Their ice cream area always looks amazing and I really want to try a homemade root beer float, but after two flights your tummy starts to think otherwise. They premiered a batch of their own bathhouse brew at the Beer festival here last month and it was pretty good, but they don't have their own beers on tap yet. If you're going to try out a bathhouse brew, you may have to wait a while, but that's okay. All good things come with time right? It's still a really cool place to check out and is uniquely Hot Springs. Hopefully next stop in will be to peruse their food menu.
After walking around downtown, we decided to try the Superior Bathhouse Brewery and Distillery, and we weren't disappointed. It wasn't crowded at all, so we were seated immediately and greeted by our server - a cute and accommodating young lady. Not being much into beer (so ironic!), we tried their homemade root beer, which was delicious. The menu had so many tempting items, but we ended up getting the bbq pulled pork sliders and black-eyed pea hummus (a delicious revelation). Being from Texas, I was a little hesitant about getting any kind of bbq'd pork, but the meat was tender and sauce was thick, sweet and tangy - in other words, perfect. Next time, I will try the Chicken Strudel.
My husband and I stopped by and I had a beer while he enjoyed an ice cream. They were both wonderful and the staff was very helpful.
we really enjoyed this little eatery. the food was great!! my daughter enjoyed the house made root beer. my mom and I enjoyed a glass of hard cider that was made in a small brewery. we all enjoyed sitting at the bar by the front windows and doing some people watching with our meal. also they have amazing gelato :)
