We visited this SPA for the first time today, 10/17/2014. We have a party of 6 and they catered to us like no other. My sister set up the appointment, I had lots of questions, called at least 5 times asking about my appt and they were kind every time and I just can't say enough about this place. Everyone should come here. I could keep typing but I will stop here. Oh, one more thing, the amazing sitting area, coffee, wine, etc is a plus. Staff caters to you. I live an hour from here and will definitely drive here again.
