I found the tour of this small distillery on Groupon. We were planning a weekend in Austin and wanted to do something different. So glad we did.The location is tiny, but the owners are full of passion and knowledge for their trade. They describe how they came to be and the process for making moonshine. They give a few samples of the unflavored moonshine as well as the current flavors they are working on. We had a lot of fun and left with 2 bottles and infusion kits to try our hand at flavoring our own. They do offer classes as well, but they were full the weekend we were there. Will be going back!
