A very bracing experience weather wise Considering the time of the year I visited pier I was taken by the amount of people who were taking in this beautiful land mark.
I was there in the day a great view of the coast and Sopot, I am told it is better at night, I will save that for next time, hopefully in summer not a cold January night. Apparently the longest pier in Europe at 510 metres, so I was told anyway!
It just a wooden promenade but the view is nice and it feels great to feel cold sea wind on your face. Must do in Sopot. avoid restaurant on the end, its overpriced.
a walk along the Pier is a must when visiting Sopot, no matter what the weather it is a lovely walk, ( we were cold but wrapped up warm ), the view of Sopot from the Pier is wonderful especially of The Grand Hotel and the churches, the restaurant on the Pier is very reasonable, it looks like an old paddle steamer too. The Pier is history under your feet as it's the longest pier in Europe first opened in 1827.
Long walks into the sea made me very happy and I felt power of nature giving me health, well being and calm.
We walked along the Sopot Pier on a sunnyday in January.Lots of people, great weather, nice views and great athmosphere. Nice and clean and also the longets wooden pier in Europe. A must when in Sopot!
Beautiful views of seas beach sand ...restaurants etc...a must see in sopot wrap up in winter tho!!!! Baltic weather
This place should be on the top of your list if you are going to Sopot! During summer you can watch nice boats over there and during winter you can hide in cosy restaurant in the end of molo.
Longest wooden pier in world id fantastic. Beutfull landscape for all 3city beach, nice marina at the end. Grat for walk and rest
The pier is wonderful, great for a walk and excellent views. Great photo opportunities and nice atmosphere!
