They have a snow tubing centre next to the Comfort Inn. You pay less when you sleep there.
My nine year old did the four day ski school and he absolutely loved it. He didn't want it to end. He made good friends that he was sorry to leave. Fantastically managed and a lot of fun for the older children.
If you are staying in Tremblant and are looking for some fun with your children or even with some friends, it is nice to spend couple hours here. It is very safe and very well mainained, with very decent hills!
Looking for ski-break fun for the kids. This was it!! Visited the tubing center off exit 116 on 117. Had discount coupons from Le Lodge hotel in the Village, but the staff at A.N. only accepted printed vouchers, but still a great value ($12 for 4.5 hours after 5pm). Kids loved this and didn't take a break throughout. Operation was very safe. We also got to have some mommy/daddy time alone at the on-site restaurant (chose excelllent BBQ over Japanese). Also got take out BBQ for the kids before tubing, eaten upstairs waiting for our session to start. All good!
We spent a very exhilarating and fun 2 hours here. The runs varied in how steep they were with the most steep being the most popular and having the longest line. At times, the wait to get towed back up the hill and the subsequent wait in line were a bit much but I'd definitely go back anyway. One of our children can be a bit cautious but she warmed quickly to the experience and had a fantastic time!
Look for the Comfort Inn. That is the landmark where the tubing is at.The bad:we had a minor altercation with the front desk, as we arrived at noon and decided to buy the full day pass (it was Saturday). Only after we purchased it, did we learn that the 9:30 close time applied only to Thursdays and Fridays. Had we known that, the 4 hour pass would have been purchased, instead of paying a full day for an extra 1 hour of sliding. They gave us a bit of a hard time until we pointed out that their sign (in English or in French) did not specify that jeudi/vendredi close time of 5 PM.The good:it's fun and quite safe. After some successful negotiation with the receptionist, the manager came and refunded us the difference. We bought a 4 hour pass, and it is likely a bit too long as you tend to get a bit cold. There was lots of slopes to take, and we waited about a minute max for each time. You can link up 3 tubes max for greater speed. The big bonus is that there is a tow rope that pulls the tube and the customer up the hill. Amazing. Even in Lake Placid, you have to WALK BACK UP THE HILL. Which is horrific if you have little kids.I recommend it. It was fun and about $20/person for 4 hours.
6 runs, 4 steep, 2 less so... Quick moving lines, seated rope tow to the top. Tracks are fast, long, and fun! Pack your lunch for an affordable family day out.
Fun place! They have several different steepness levels, and a mechanical lift that pulls you back up the hill while you are seated on your inner-tube. The ride back up is nice and relaxing (albeit about a minute long). There is a chalet onsite with a snack bar and the prices are reasonable ($2 for a hot chocolate). Parking is plentiful. There is a 5$ discount per ticket if you purchase them online in advance (you don't need to specify which day you plan on going).
We have been to this tubing spot a few times overthrow years. This is a fun time for everyone in family. Once down the trail walk the tube to the cable, sit in your tube and be pulled back to the top. A few hours is fine and s nice way to break up the skiing at Mont Tremblant. 10-15 minute drive from Mont Tremblant, follow signs for Comfort inn and the tube runs are right next to the hotel. Location has restrooms and food for s break.
the slides are secur the staff is friendly and not much wait to go down. Music is a bit loud doe
