It is a nice, small science center. It caters to younger children, although my granddaughter loved the tape tunnel but quickly became bored with the rest of it. It is more entertaining to the younger children 7 and under. There is a nice splash pad outside if you come on a hot day and can let your children get wet.
Took 30 students. They loved the tunnel and the dinosaurs that moved. The art room was nice. About 2.5 to 3 hours before our group grades 1-6 got bored. The staff said that they will be moving To riverside and making it bigger soon. Great place to go.very nice staff also.
Fantastic price and cool things to do my kids were amazed! Three changing rooms of things to do even if we lived local there would be a changing atmosphere.
My kids (ages3-5years) had a blast at this place, they didnt want to leave. Its not like a regular children museum, infact it is much smaller but their main activity room was so much fun. It kept kids physically active were 2-3 hours, they were very tired n hungry when we left. Dinosaur exhibit was interesting too, could be a little bigger but kids didnt mind. A day spent well!
My Grandson and I went there when it was raining. It has lots of physical things to do; swing on ropes, build with foam blocks, climb up the tunnel and slide down. He spent 2-1/2 hours running and playing. It doesn't have a huge amount of things to do but it is a great place for youngsters to get some exercise inside.
Took our 2 year old here on a sat morning and he absolutely loved it! Works your imagination, mind, and body. Great for probably all kids up to age 8 or so. Nice area for like 2 and under as well as big areas for running, building, climbing, swinging, and having fun! We would drive back here from OKC just for this!
dont let the outside looks detour you from visiting, its a pretty fun place on the inside! lots for the kiddos to do and really enjoyable for us adults as well (only come if you bring the kids). i enjoyed the HUGE Tape slide! you'll have to go to see what im talking about! there's also a place to build a robot with your kids, very cool! we went during the week and school was in, so it was empty, so we got the whole place to ourselves, fun, simple, and inexpensive, cant go wrong!
I think this is an excellent place for kids, but I would not say that it is a children's museum. Kids enjoy a lot playing around. It is affordable and you can spend more than 2 hours with your kids.
This is a great place to have fun, encourage imagination and thinking. Bring your lunch so you can stay all day. I have taken grandchildren ages 2-13 years old and each one of them found lots to do and had a great time. It is not expensive, and you can spend all day, there is so much to do packed into this building. If weather is good, there are picnic tables outside for your picnic lunch. There is also a playground outside and a splash pad. It is a really fun place. I had just as much fun as my grandchildren.
With a 4 year old, 6 year old & 8 year old, where do you go they will all enjoy themselves? Some place with a lot of activities? A place to climb a vertical maze, navigate a 3 dimesional maze of ropes, draw with a swing, crawl through a gymn made of packing tape, tempt a dinosaur, paint with light? I don't know if the children had more fun than the parents & grandparents.
