I have eaten at this Longhorn location twice now. Looks like they're still working out the bugs with the service and the food preparation. Had to ask for everything from utensils to refills and bread which I never got. The only thing good from my two visits was that the steak was cooked very good and was very tasty. I will wait a month or so and try back and see if they worked out the bugs.
