They really keep the maintenance up with this beautiful park.Make sure you go and get some family photos taken as its the perfect place with walkways and also bridges for photos.Your not allowed to feed the ducks but they have reasons. It's worth a look in there.
We loved this place, a great walk where we got to see the turtles and spend time in the tranquility of the gardens. I loved this place.
very relaxing and beautiful. lots of mosquitos though, hat and sunscreen is a must as shade is limited
Lovely gardens to wander through, the Chinese Gardens are very nice and well kept. Beautiful photo opportunities throughout. Let the kids bring their bikes if you wish to.
We had family photo's taken here and it was a beautiful backdrop for the photo's. It has a lovely relaxed atmosphere
Nice botanic gardens featuring Qld plants etc. Nice to sit and relax, lots of butterflies when we were there.
Well laid out Botanical Garden with a wonderful section on orchids. We were directed to a new feature of a Chinese garden which was beautifully laid out and the positioning of water, plants and walls etc was delightful. It really enhanced our trip.
nice little place for short walks, turtles in the pond, good spot tp have a picnic. take some mosquito repellants.
Took the kids to feed the ducks and saw plenty of little turtles at the same time. Was beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Was well kept and clean
This is a lovely setting and a break from the bustle of the esplanade but the lack of continuity of pathways made it difficult for me. Having been in my botanic and public gardens I have to say that this needs to go the extra little bit to present the visitor entrance and connect the different areas. The Chinese garden is easily accessed from the road but more difficult to get to fro the car park.
