Rock River actually has two different types of 9 hole challenges. The first 9 holes is a 'Links' course and the back 9 has woods. It's not an easy course but sure is fun to play! Our group did find it a little 'disturbing' when they were watering the fairway on the back 9 and didn't even bother to turn off the water as golfers showed up. We had to play quickly when the water was out of our way.
