Best golf for the money in Northern Arizona. great views, very well maintained fairways and greens walk or ride you will enjoy.
I was pleasantly surprised with my round at elephant rock. Course was in great shape. Greens very nice. Scenery was amazing. Greens fees for this gem are a steal. I've paid a lot more for less quality. Will definitely play again next time I'm in the area.
We have played several times at Elephant Rocks Golf Course in Williams. Just in case you toss a camera into your bag, be ready to grab it when the deer, squirrels and birds come to see what you're all about. It's a drop-dead track and you'll LOVE IT!
A pleasant drive anytime! The historic Malpais Stone clubhouse is small, yet a great place to catch a playoff and cheeseburger after 18 holes. One of the most senic first tees I have ever had the pleasure of cranking one out there on!! There is no break at 9, you play 18 straight thru. Lots of long par 4s and some 5s you can smoke it off the tee! A couple of 3s over water that still give me the fits! Plenty of Elk, Deer, Bald Eagles, and a Bear once in a while too! My favorite course in northern AZ. It can be a little buggy in the early spring, so bring the bug spray. Other than that, this is one of the most unpretentious golf courses I have played. No attitude, No hassle, respect the course etiquette, hit long and have fun!
Great golf course. Winds you thru the forest with a variety of challenging holes. The 18th is a great finishing hole
Great course for the cost. Club house was beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Even though the greens had been recently aerated they had recovered and putted consistently.
You have to play this course! The first 5 holes are mountain/parkland golf, then 9 holes of link/parkland, then back over the mountain for a spectacular finish. The restaurant in the club house is dandy. Rangers seemed a little grouchy when we were there unfortunately.
We decided on going golfing during a weekend trip to flagstaff and this was by far the best deal in the area. We got a Good deal for starting the course after 2 o'clock. I am not a golfer in any sense of the word but it still was tons of fun. There are some pretty hard holes but it made it interesting for us. The views were stunning and we even got to see about 20 deer right on the golf course as we were finishing. I would recommend this course to anyone. The people there are also very friendly an helpful!!! We will be coming back soon.
We found the course quite open with challenging greens and nice scenery. We couldn't beat the price at $80 including power cart.
Outstanding greens with beautiful scenery.16th, 17th and 18th holes provide a great finishing trio..Just a couple of miles from downtown Williams and Route 66.
