Visited for flames and thunder was a great day with plenty to see and do. Hopefully we will be able to attend more next year
Great site and facilities. Brilliant location to watch motor sport. I have attended regularly for years, Main Event, Dragstalgia and Euro Finals, all brilliant. On site camping and catering are easy, comfortable and reasonably priced.

we went to the flame and thunder show and it was brilliant lasted all day from 8.00am till 8.00pm just one thing take your own food and drink
£180 a lot of money for silver package for half day drifting. Spent 1 hour and half waiting between first go, and second. Three goes in total, each a bout 6 minutes. Best bit was rides long for a tenner.
My husband finally got to use the gift voucher that I bought him last Christmas. I purchased the Silver drift experience which cost £199. However there was no difference between the silver and the bronze, so paying extra for that that was a waste of money! Then they ask for a tenner to lower your insurance excess; you're learning to throw a car around an arena, at £199 that should all be included! My husband loved it, but he didn't know how much it cost and as he only had three sessions which each lasted about 7 minutes I don't feel it was value for money. It was badly organised, there were no refreshments, the cafe is up the other end of the track. Oh yeah, and for the privilege of buying the experience in the first place and standing in the cold for 3 hours I had to pay £10 to spectate, again one spectator should be included. As much as hubby loved it, and I will treat him to another experience but there is no way it will be at Santa Pod. Also they said there would be photos available, but guess what, nothing.
Took my 14 yr old son to the Flame and Thunder show, it was our first time at Santa Pod and what a day to remember, from the minute we arrived to the minute we left the whole day was packed full of things to see and do, we loved everything about the whole day to much to list here so for full list of what was here visit the Santa Pod website. we paid extra for a few things £10 for drifting ride, £7.50 for a monster truck ride and £5 to see the wheel of death show, very reasonable prices for all these as well as a very reasonable entry price (under 16 free) we travelled 100 miles to do this and it was really worth the day out, very well organised.
So you're into your cars and bikes. What better way than to fire it up the quarter mile. Good times are guaranteed, meet some nice people, eat some hotdogs and watch some nice machinery all at once. Only petrolheads need this place in their life. It's addictive, and you can take the smell home with you.... Brilliant day or many days await....
