You can get on a list for computer use. If no one else comes in you can stay on computer and print stuff. I'm not a big library person but this place is pretty nice. Great looking on the outside also.
The Woburn Public Library is a classic HH Richardson architectural marvel (think Trinity Church.) The stone work is spectacular, and the entry way is a turret leading to a vaulted main reading room. They just don't build 'em like this any more. Well worth a visit if you have any interest in outstanding historical architecture.
I love books and libraries. And this one in Woburn had wonderfully well stocked shelves and the old physical structure was very appealing to me.
Learnt something new about the Woburn Town and connections to Bedfordshire Woburn. This has a lot of history and it is a typical Good Ol' American Town.
Stop by the Woburn Public Library designed by HH Richardson. It is a GEM. The city is fund raising to put an addition on it so if you have a few million $$$ to donate the Library Building Committee please call them. I am sure they could place your name on the addition for say a $5 million donation.
