My grandchildren love this place, lots to see for young children including helping feed the animals. A great day out
We went at the end of the season on a cold damp day however that did not ruin it it we spent about 5 hours here feeding animals playing in the parks and in the indoor area best farm park we've been to by far well maintained and staff extremely friendly.
What a fantastic attraction. We spent the whole day here earlier this month. My boys 12 and 10 (normally hard to entertain) had an absolute ball. I'd recommend to families of all ages or even if you have no children. So much to see and do from indoor play barn to outdoor quad riding, giant pillows, play parks etc. loads of animals inside and out, from goats to reindeer, meerkats to exotics. Food available to buy in the cafe or you can take a picnic. Very clean all round and ample hand washing station throughout the park. You can even buy bags of food to feed the animals! Highly recommended and we can't wait to go back again next year.
I went along with my sister and four year old nephew and we were astonished at the price of the entrance tickets. Once inside you still have to pay for rides and extra activities. I found there was little for the adults to do other than look around the animal park and watch the children play. Both my sister and I are adamant there will be no return visit. What was on offer was not worth all the money we ended up spending. My nephew enjoyed himself but quite honestly there are many others places he would have enjoyed just as much for a lot less money!!
Great place for children for a special day out asi it can be quite an expensive day out. We visited on a really wet day in May but the weather did not spoil our experience.
Great day out and very good place just think it's a bit too expensive and wasn't a fan of how busy it was which of course can't be helped Loads of great animals if it was cheaper it would of been 5 out of 5
Great family day out at Heads of Ayr Farm Park, you could spend the whole daybreak. You can even take your own picnic with you as there are plenty of tables to sit at, you can even buy lunch if you don't want to take your picnic.
We went on its last day of being open for the season & can honestly say it was one of the cleanest & nicest farms I've ever been to. The staff were friendly & ways busy seeing to the animals. The animals were clean & looked healthy & were kept in clean & large areas with plenty of room. There was plenty of hand washing areas & plenty of toilets. These areas were spotless! There was lots of play areas for different age ranges & plenty for them to do. Value for money & would definitely go back if I got the chance.
We had a lovely afternoon. Had a walk round outside through all the animals my favourite was the fox too cute! A wee jump on the pillows a fav of my daughters! Went for lunch served quickly food piping hot and affordable. Had a wee walk about inside plenty to do if it's wet! Great day out.
plenty to do to keep children amused. especially liked the animals and the giant pillows, liked the fact that we could walk to the farm from the caravan park.prices a bit stiff but suppose good value if you make a day of it.
