We visited Positano in the off season so it was a little quiet, but this club was still super cool inside. Go to the top and hang out in the lounge area too. Nice chill spot with a beautiful view!
It was a toss up between Music on the Rock or the Africana Famous club in Praiano, I had read great things about both but as we were already in Positano we decided to go here. I have to say it didn't disappoint. We started off in their third floor cocktail bar, the Fly Lounge, which is stylish, relaxing and has beautiful views over Positano. We had cocktails and also some bar snacks before heading down into the club on the first floor (the second floor is restaurant) at about 11.30pm. The bar man advised that all the tables were booked but we were welcome to sit at one until the other guests arrived at about 1am. The club started to get busy at about 12am, the staff were great they let us sit in the VIP area and drink our champagne and even bought over some strawberries for us to enjoy. As the VIP guests started arriving at about 12.45 we offered to move out but they insisted we stayed and finish the rest of our bottle. By 1.30am we moved out onto the dance floor and it was absolutely heaving with a sea of super rich/ beautiful people... All of which to my amusement were wearing a white shirt - clearly a fashion trend amongst the young affluent people of Italy. We stayed dancing until about 3am by which point we couldn't move and it was getting a little too hot. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun night out in Positano, it's set in a kind of cave, so it's a truly unique experience. Word of warning, you have to dress up - we watched the bouncers turn away a lot of people in casual clothes, telling them it was 'fully booked' or ticket only... so make sure you out your glad rags on as it's definitely worth making the effort for!
Excellent view, location, very good food and music. The only downside was the pianist in the rooftop bar, but nothing an open audition couldn't fix.
Had a great time here the music was really good and Benny Benassi was djing so was really busy. It's a really good setting and I would recommend for a good night out. We arrived about 11 and it was dead but by 1 the place was so busy you could barely move. You have buy drinks tokens for your drinks which are 10 euros each.
Went for my birthday dinner with my husband. Food is very fancy and delicious on the 2nd floor. Drinks were nice with piano bar on 3rd floor. Nightclub and good music on the 1st floor. We did all 3!! :)
It is truly an amazing place. The top outside terrace is perfect for a relaxing evening with a cocktail and live piano music. The inside cave style area is impressive too, but we have not been there for a disco which I am sure is a great craic.
If you're looking for a fun, (loud), energetic evening out with beautiful people, great drinks and amazing techno dance music (you've got to be in the mood for that kind of night) - then you'll have an awesome time here! It's definitely the hottest spot to hit up for an evening out in Positano and the views can't be beat either - both inside (it's a club carved into the inside of a natural cave!!) and outside (the upstairs directly overlooks the sea).
Great time at music on the rocks. Got there at midnight and things really didn't start going until 1 am. Wear flats, but dress your best! Partied til 4 am and the place was still full when we left.
Following a fantastic meal at Rada, we visited Music on the rocks. Fantastic venue, great music and atmosphere. Thoroughly enjoyable!
Its the only nightlife in posatano, the club is fun,the roof deck is pretty a must see, drinks pricey and the waiter is rude. Be nicer dude you may get tips.
