Just as the title says a couple of hours of peace and spectacular views, brilliant!!!!!! No dislikes
there are great walks to the cliff edges with fantastic views of the sea there is shop there and a place where you can get refreshments.
one of the best botanic gardens I have seen - with romantic views over the rocks and beautiful beaches. one big minus - you can't use card in restaurant, only at reception.
Loved the place and would come back with children again. It is a must see in Blanes even if you are not the fan of the plants and trees, though the collection is broad and interesting. You can hide in shade from the sun, see the views you will not see from the other places and you will find something interesting in the garden as well.
An excellent day out ;spectacular views of the Mediterranean sea. They provide a seating area for lunches snacks.Makes a nice change from the beach. You can catch a local bus by the tourist office in Blanes. Ideal photographic location.A must for keen gardeners and plant lovers.
a must visit for any blanes holidaymaker, easy to wander around to look at the plants with breathtaking views
I heard a lot of great comments about this garden so decided to visit it and surelly was not dissapointed. It is rather pricey, but has a great location and vegetation. The only dissapintment was a price of photos taken of us with two fantastic looking parots, it costs 7 euros per photo or a small plate with a photo and that just too expensive. But it is well woth a visit, the atmosphere is so romantic and calm.
I had dreamed of visiting this place for years and now it finally happened. Yes, it was winter and therefore not all plants were in best shape, but still this place was everything I expected. Beautiful views and great lonely walk in paths of this garden. Definitely worth to visit. I bought some plant seeds afterwards at info-house, so I hope to grow something, that will remind of the visit.
This is laid out geographically with an emphasis on tropical and desert succulents.Only about 450 metres uphill from Blanes. There is even a refreshment kiosk!
I have visited the gardens in Blanes twice in three years and found them to be excellent on both occasions. The views are spectacular particularly from the terrace overlooking the cove. A hidden gem for plant lovers and a great day out. After the visit walk down to the town and enjoy a meal and drink at one of the many restaurants.Richard.
