I am a novice golfer, but the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Also, unlike some of the clubs in the area, there was no snootiness, just genuinely friendly people!
Whenever I play golf at the Grove I feel like I am at a top course. As an average mid range handicapper the course is perfect. Challenging and long enough with plenty of variation. The meet and greet is well organised and the show cleaning service is a nice touch.
Fantastic lesson with the pro - very good with explaining to a 4 and 7 year old! Patient and informative!
Played The Grove on a few occasions and never been let down.Arrived and had my clubs taken from me and placed in the buggy, went to The Stables for a bacon roll before a great round of golf, staff on the course excellent and couldn't do enough for usCame in and hade chicken and mash as part of a package, quick service and very goodAll in all one on the most enjoyable rounds of golf I have ever had
As above , there used to be deals but they seem to have gone !!I think Moor Park up the road in Rickmansworth is a better course, although the greens at the Grove are A1
Simply the best service and courses. Challenging and beautiful. Greens were really great and I shall return again and again.
Took lessons from the pro, then hit the course. Staff is so attentive and helpful that they make for an enjoyable round.
Excellent service, lovely course, staff in pro shop very helpful and courteous . Excellent facilities, driving range facilities available prior to round for warm up.
Had a chance to play recently at this magnificent resort. Didn't stay there but noticed the ample and luxurious facilities for conferences and company events. Great food at the bar, where you're greeted by your name when you arrive (they carry a copy of the players for the day).
Championship Course. Great Caddy. Helpful and professional staff. Perfect Greens. Cant wait to play here again.
