My mum and I stayed in the Novotel resort so we decided to book in a massage and facial treatment while we were there. It turned out to be the best part of our stay.The therapist was lovely and she altered the massage to suit me as I'm pregnant. Facial was a stand out, the products they used were beautiful. Lovely atmosphere and music made for a very relaxing hour. I would certainly visit again and recommend to others.

Hopeless at returning calls!!! was told 2 time slots when I rang back within approx. 20mins, had to leave message, my call was not returned, when I rang back again I was told they are booked out, I explained that I had left message and my call was not returned, he said that the girls have been doing treatments all day, well how did the appointment times get booked then...1 very disappointing customer, that is for sure!!!

I have stayed here about 5 times but this last time was a big disapointment. I had booked a long weekend away on my own for some pampering & relaxation. The spa bath didn't work and I reported it twice, both times being told it would be fixed that day. They didn't fix it. It's not a cheap hotel and I booked it as a treat for myself. I mentioned my disapointment (again) when checking out, they apologized. A lot of help by that stage. I won't be back.

My parter and I recently stayed at the Novotel in Creswick and we thought we would both get a spa treatment whilst we were here.We were pleasantly surprised with the price list as many other hotel spas are ridiculously priced. They are busy as there is only one treatment room and you have to book in advance as they book up quickly.I had the pure indulgence a massage followed by a chocolate spa and free drink in the hotel bar to finish all this for $120. The treatment is nice and personal as you are the only person in the room at the time (it's is a converted hotel room) so just be prepared for that, All in all great value and super easy to do.
