Wow! What a place to golf. The grounds were okay, but man, you just can't pass up golfing at the oldest, consecutively used golf course in the USA . We golfed in a Charity Scrammble and the owners/managers were great to work with. We are hoping to plan this as an annual event.
A very golf friendly 9 hole course with lush greenery and no sand traps..Very reasonably priced..You can get drinks (including beer) and light snacks..Not sure about sandwiches as we didn't have any..Always enjoy playing here during the summer...
Great "botique" golf course and a chance to experience some unique golf history. It was well worth the two drive to play it. Get you green fees online and save a few bucks ........ we played 18 with cart for $12 on a weekday. The town of Foxburg is an added bonus.
This is NOT the oldest continuous use course in the U.S. The Edgewood Club of Tivoli (in New York Stae) was founded in 1884 with golf in 1885. The course, and the club's original clubhouse, remains in use.
