  I don't understand why my promo cash has been reduced so much. I am disappointed in the removal of my favorite video poker machine. Your servers are pleasant but the service is very slow. The employees at the total reward desk are very pleasant.

  Very nice experience as always..my only wish is that the Horseshoe in Hammond had a hotel so my visits could be extended and that would really be awesome!

  Tga casino has a good atmosphere and there's a good number of slots. The buffet has a wide selection but the food is not that tasty.

  I thoroughly enjoyed the non smoking area. Very clean. The Restrooms were exceptionally clean. The buffet is one of the best I have been to.
