Possibly take up a whole day if you are planning for some serious shopping - great stretch of restaurants, premium outlets and a huge Target supermarket to tire us out. Drove from one end to another because this place is simply huge! Staff in the stores are also very welcoming and friendly, as always!
This huge outdoor mall is not only comprehensive but beautiful. It is designed for leisurely shopping and dining. It would be hard to think of a store not in this mall. It ranges from very affordable stores to high end luxury stores. Also, the variety of restaurants is unlimited. The entire area is landscaped beautifully with areas to sit and relax. Parking is plentiful and convenient. It's an experience you shouldn't miss while in Jacksonville.
I don't think you can name a store that isn't here. From big box (Costco) to boutique style stores. Restaurants are also too numerous to mention. So large you need to change parking lots to go from one side of this massive mall to another
This is probably the best shopping center in Jacksonville. They have nice benches with cushions, lots of trees, beautiful buildings and a range of culinary options. The only thing that would make this place better is if it had a more wide range of shops. There are a lot of upscale shops, but not so many midrange. Then you go to Avenues and there are lots of midrange and no upscale. It would be nice if Jacksonville had more of a one-stop shopping mall. If you want a variety, you'll have to go to both.
It is a nice outside mall with lots of store selection. It is clean and everything you would expect from a Simon mall. The big chains tend to have lines. I don't recommend it on rainy days, because it is so spread out and parking can be hard to find by the stores that you want to shop at.
This is a great shopping area with plenty of stores and dining options. There are plenty of walkways to promote safety and can be beautifully decorated. It is a good place to walk around outside because of the nice area. It can get busy around the holidays making parking difficult but it is worth the stop
It's my local shops and they have a shop for pretty much everything and everyone. You could spend the hole day here. Make sure you bring your spending money.
You can find about anything you are looking for in this shopping center. Lots and lots of shops and restaurants here. Plenty of different cuisines to choose from. Definitely a must see if you are shopping.
Visited the Jacksonville area over Valentine's and drove up here from St. Augustine Beach. I made it a duty to revisit as I had been here a few years before. This shopping and dining area has virtually every high street department store you would find in the typical high end mall, except it's all open air and has the feel of a small town in of itself. You will also find regular stores such as Target etc. There are several top class restaurants, such a Maggiano;s Little Italy and Montana Grill (highly recommended), not to mention PF Chang's and California Pizza (highly recommended). Stay at the Homewood Suites in St. John's Town Center if you want to be right on the doorstep of the wonderful town center. Can be very busy due to its popularity, especially on weekends, so be patient finding parking.
I love the variety of stores and restaurants at this outdoor mall. From Ashley Furniture or Pier One to higher end stores like Coach, and Louis Vuitton. Brighton, Chicos, Talbots, DSW, Pottery Barn, Nordstrom's and many others are there as well. Restaurants also range from Mexican and fish place to various fast food options likemChick-Fil-A, Chipotle Grill. You'll find PF Chang's, as well as Maggiano's Italian, or try the Cheesecake Factory , and don't forget the desserts here!Coming in from out of town? There are several hotels nearby, within walking distance even.Definitely worth a visit. Plan a day or longer to enjoy it all.
