This beach is smaller than the Delray, Boynton beaches, but so lovely. It seemed (by the view that I had from the restaurant) to be almost like a private area, and there were plenty of surfers and beachcombers, but not enough to make it crowded. I'm definitely going back .
Terrible.Mold @ Motel 6 at Lantana... Stay away from that hotel if you don't want to get sick! Mold, mold, mold, mold...extremely toxic!
Nice Beach, not crowded at all. Clean. Parking is horrible, very small lot and if you don't have a decal you have to use a meter. I hate meters. ! Not a big fanned of being timed while trying to have fun. Bring coins or CC if you don't have a decal. Short walk to the beach from the parking lot. There is a cafe on the beach...Sand Dunes Cafe.don't know about now but when I went there they didn't accept credit cards but had an ATM machine for you to obtain cash.
This is a nice park and beach where the surf is always rougher than other beaches further south, so the surfers and boogie boarders go here. There is a café open during the day. Parking is by decal or pay by the hour at the kiosk, which accepts coins (really?? in 2015??) or pay by credit card if it's working.
Located on the beach is one of my favorite restaurants for breakfast, called the Dune Deck Cafe. Right on the beach. It's always packed but it's very good and of course you have a great ocean view. We drive about 30 miles one way for this treat, on a weekend day. Be prepared to pay for beach parking, including some wait time. The restaurant does not accept credit cards. YUM!Ronald P
GREAT food, beach is small but clean but the breakfasts are to die for. Friendly staff.....................
Very Small, busy, clean, convenient beach just a short walk from home. Large parking with pay stations. Small open air cafe, shower house. Okay but much better beaches a few minutes north or south
Ample parking is provided at the Latana Public Beach. There are public bathrooms, a casual dining place and event space too.
The beach was very clean, and love the fact that there are Lifeguards on duty, there are trashcans in site, so that you don't leave it just anywhere
Beautiful warm March day walking on the beach. Watch out for high tides and man o war jelly fish. The water is several shades of blue. Parking at the meters is only $1.50 per hour.
