About what you would expect, smoke and gambling. I am not a gambler but I was treated well here. It was my first time so I got the introductory offer.
Haven't been gaming here in a while because nothing was paying. Now that I've returned I am seeing improvements made. The staff here are always great. The food here is very, very good. It's the gaming itself that I'd had a problem with. It has gotten better. The machines are definitely paying some here and there. I don't play the penny machines and have no idea how those are paying off. Quarters used to be great....but they went down hill and still don't really pay very well at all. Spent $10 on a quarter machine and didn't even get one cherry. Not a darn thing. Some dollar machines were awful, some not so bad. The same is true for the $2 slots. I enjoy video poker but they don't have many machines and the ones they do have are always, always taken up by people playing keno. It's been really difficult to get 4 of a kind on the Video Poker. These machines are still tight. Overall, this is working it's way back into being a really fun and enjoyable place.
The Casino is clean and has many new slot machines. The casino is bigger than I thought so make sure you walk around. Ample parking and spacious well lit area
The service at this casino is the best you will find! The friendliest people with great food and slots.
Located inside the Apache Casino on east gore Blvd, the 360 restaurant is a hidden gem. It has a quiet and refined atmosphere with impeccable service. The menu features many different items from steamed clams to tender steaks to a chicken fried steak made with a ribeye steak. Appetizers are also delicious and varied encompassing shrimp cocktail (large) to yaki mondo (Korean fried dumplings). The staff is attentive and friendly.
I enjoy the video poker here and it normally ranges from average to not very good. I've not found the slot machines to be very good or consistent. Would seem for someone who goes several times weekly that eventually I'd find the machines paying better or hitting more frequently. Played a Crazy Bill dollar slot and went for 40 spins with only 1 cherry being hit. Changed machines and didn't find any that were much better. Even went to far as to try a penny machine and that was fairly good and allowed me to play for around 30 minutes before it too took it all. Don't know why the machines here and at their competition have become such poor payers and consistently so.
Don't think it was quite as big as Comanche Nation, but nothing special or exciting. I will say the staff was much friendlier here.
There are several choices for Casinos in Lawton. The Apache Casino is not my favorite. It is dark and very smoky. We found it not to be very wallet friendly. We lost quickly and completely and left to go another Casino.
Folks, when you go to a casino, talk it up! Had a blast chatting with the dealers and the wait staff. Showing your southern hospitality will always get a smile from someone down on their luck and maybe even bring them a winning hand. I go as much for the people watching as the gambling. But it is nice to hit occasionally. The staff were great! Nuff said.
Very small and very smokey !! Hardly any video poker -- like 10 Game Kings total. No progressive video poker at all. Not worth stopping at, but better then the Comanche Casino which was just a few blocks away
