Because the field is small, all seats are good and it is easy to see the action. Lots of food choices, reasonable prices all around - game, food, parking make this a great family choice.
A great family outing can be had at Lalacheur Park for a baseball game. The price is reasonable, parking cheap, plenty of food choices and good fun during the game as well as between innings. A nice option for a family outing that won't break the bank like a Red Sox game can.
Le Lacheur park is a wonderful venue for an affordable baseball game for the whole family. Parking is cheap and plentiful. You can see wonderful from all the seats. All the crazy antics they have including pseudo-sumo, T-shirt giveaways, kids running the bases - is all good fun for young and old. The ticket prices are dead cheap and treats are reasonable too! You can get a 10 pack of tickets that includes a hot dog, ice cream a drink and, of course, the game for one low price. On a summer night - there's nothing better for kids or adults.
We wanted to see a minor league game in Maine, where we were vacationing, but found out that the team in Maine was playing away games the week we were there. So we decided to drive to Lowell, Massachusetts to see the Spinners. The price for admission is reasonable, parking was $5 beside the diamond. No matter where you are, you can see the game well. Lots of fun for the family, the food was reasonably priced.
This is not the cutest stadium of the minors but it still is a nice stadium. It's cool to see the brick stacks behind the outfield while watching the game... typical of the great past of historc Lowell.Get there early before the game because the bridge that leads to the stadium gets busy fast.Parkings are everywhere around the stadium for 5-6$ for the night. Easy to find.Enjoy a beautiful evening at the Spinners !
Every time we go there we gave a great time. Other than the baseball games there so many things for kids to do and the food is great!
The Spinners run a first class operation. They have something to keep the kids happy with a variety of between inning antics, a chance for baseball enthusiasts to see Red Sox prospects and not a bad seat in the house. Prices are reasonable, lots of food choices and a playground set up with bouncy houses etc. for the little ones. They have lots of promotions and often fireworks after the game. Always a fun night out.
To go to LeLacheur Park is a dream to go see a great baseball game. You can actually see all the players without any interference. The parking is better if you get there early. There are plenty of restaurant to go to. But go to The Old Worthen, to get the hot dog brewed in beer, the best around. I know, I used to bartend there. Before and after the game, there are plenty of sites to check out, and are very interesting to see. If you are to go, make a day of it, as Lowell is quite the place to be. Alot of history to explored, and just walk around downtown, and plenty of places to see and go to. You WON'T be dissappointed at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here you can watch the game and up and coming players that do not have the big league attitude. They are down to earth and their love of the game shows. The place is very family friendly, good prices (if you can get tickets). Great entertainment for a summer afternoon/evening. Looking to go again this coming summer. Woo Hoo!!
Step back in time with this little slice of americana! The ball park is small but has everything you'd expect for a great night out at the ball park. Everything from the tickets ($10 or less/person) to the garage parking ($6) are very reasonable. There are also a variety of tasty concession options including Sal's pizza ($3.25), streak & cheese sandwiches ($6), Gator BBQ, beer ($5.75), etc. All in all this is great spot to visit with family and friends and for half the cost of Fenway!
