Views, apartment was very spacious with everything needed. gardens, employees were absolutely TOPS! and dining was gorgeous
This place was great for a relaxing weekend away, we came up with 24 boys, there are many bars and restaurant to cater for everyone, there is a large pool in the shape of a jelly bean, if your not into swimming pools there is a beach which is about 5-10 min walk, the rooms are very spacious and very large rooms plenty of bathrooms and toilets, the worst thing was Becuase of the heat there were so many flies, besides that I can't really fault this place, espically the staff very friendly people, highly recommended resort. *****
We are not golfers but were looking for a comfortable place to stay for a short vacation. What an amazing place! Home away from home, well equipped, beautiful scenery by the seaside! We had a 3 bedroom house to ourselves for the three of us with a garage! Amazing views from the bedrooms,a pool, sauna, aerobic classes in the gardens! We didn't try any of the restaurants but was a beautiful experience just to be there!
We had a great days golf on this course by the Pacific. Having said that there aren't that many holes along by the ocean. It is a tough challenge, I lost count of the number of bunkers.... some are cavernous, others the size of small countries :-)Actually I golfed well but only scored 26 points. I'm a 15 handicap. Still though we really enjoyed the variety of holes, the scenery and the lovely weather; with nice breeze off the sea.Staff in the pro shop (Mitch) and the guy who gave us our clubs were very friendly and helpful. We had lunch in the Resort Bar after and it was lovely. I opted for fish n chips - and the lady asked did I want the fish in batter - first time I've ever been offered the option. I went for non batter and was delighted by the fresh and tasty result. The rest of the food was also good. Staff very good.Overall a lovely day.
As Golflink had advertised a stay and play package here we decided to book as the golf course is tremendous. We booked a standard room with two single beds - the room itself is tiny with a small balcony but the really disappointing thing is the bar fridge has nothing in it - not even water - please what is this about. The bar and restaurant is serviced by friendly staff and the outlook over the 1st fairway is pleasant. The buffet breakfast at $30 is not worth it and the dinner was quite nice - this place could be really god but just lacks something.
Stayed here in December 2013 in ne of the large poolside homes. They are beautiful 3 bedroom residences with direct access to the lagoon style pool.Only a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beaches.A truly fantastic place for a family getaway.
Very spacious three bedroom villa in a nice location by the pool and an easy walk to the beach. Superb reception staff both during the booking process and at check-in. Very inviting gas fireplace in the bar area overlooking the course. While not golfers, the resort facilities are excellent. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were both superb. Near faultless experience with the only constructive criticism being that the female bar/restaurant supervisor could do with an attitude adjustment towards her colleagues, particularly in front of guests.I most certainly would not hesitate to recommend this resort ( whether golfers or not ) particularly being so close to Sydney. The perfect unwinding or recharging habitat. Well done Pullman !!
Can highly recommend the restaurant at Magenta however I have not stayed in the resort (looks amazing). The food was outstanding and the staff knew the best wine to compliment the food. Thank you Magenta we will be back!
Paid way too much for a 2 course meal with wine in my opinion. I would probably find a better meal closer to me anyway. Doubt we will be back.
What a great golf course. What great people and what great views. This place is simply amazing. The course is full of hazards and has one of the best greens I have ever played on. Recommend it to every golfer out there.
