great views, great food, happy, helpful staff :) I would recommend the Top lake Boat Hire and Sunset Kiosk to all.
You should come here just because it's simply the best. Peaceful. P.s buy the amazing pancakes! You probably won't be disappointed.
What a delightful place, stunning scenery, great coffee and food. You must try the bruschetta, mouth watering and so fresh. The staff are very friendly and make you feel like you are part of the family. Take the boardwalk and stop for a coffee/food at the end. What a wonderful way to sit and enjoy the sights of the lake.
A wonderful atmosphere and scenic view. Gaylene and Rob are very friendly and make your experience magic. The coffee is hot and the Chai Lattes are to die for. Breakfast is yummy often had bacon and eggs and the crunchy muesli and yoghurt is lovely.Just drink coffee after walking the boardwalk and sit and watch all the water sports on the lake. They are applying for a liquor licence with a view of drinking wine watching the sun set so next visit hope this is up and running.A MUST visit if you are visiting Merimbula.
In Merimbula, walk along the Boardwalk to enjoy a delicious coffee with a snack or indulge in a light lunch. Customer Service is excellent, having Robbie, Peter & Rachel there, they are always keen to have a yak, tell you about Merimbula or advise what to do in Merimbula. Above all the view is to die for, we sat for hours each visit taking in the sights of Merimbula Lake and breathing in the clean fresh air. A MUST!!!!
My partner and I had a fantastic time kayaking on the lake and on a hire boat during our holiday. Exploring the serene lake was amazing but what really made this was the friendly staff who seemed both passionate about boating and customer service. Would definitely reccomend.
After walking the track, it provided the perfect place to stop and grab a drink and something to eat. Good spot to explore
Best place in town to have a coffee and to relax after a long week at work. My wife and I go there every Friday after walking the Boardwalk. It always feels like just coming back from a holiday. The surroundings are just beautiful and the coffee must be one of the best , if not the best, in town. The guys there are always friendly and you just can feel with how much love and passion this business is run. I (we) are looking forward to next Friday.
My girlfriend and I were just so relaxed when we got to the end of the beautiful boardwalk and were delighted to enjoy a lovely coffee surrounded by the amazing view. From our coffee spot we could see an array of bird life, fish, and crabs and all we could hear was bell birds. The owners were extremely friendly also. I believe this to be a true jewel of merimbula and the saphire coast.
A lovely little spot with really nice people running the boat hire. We took a dinghy with an outboard out for an hour and thought the price was good value - kids were a little bored in the boat after 20 minutes so would probably have a crack at some fishing if I went again rather than just tour the lake as the areas you cannot access due to oyster beds take up a large section of the lake.
